happarently all the cool log-type sites (like this one) have shoutboxes and i’ve always been a fashion victim so’s i went out and got me one… should be functional soon. shoutboxes have been called SMS for websites (good lord, soon i’ll be adding a Sex in the City discussion board).
i’m mainly writing this news to check out the recent news thingy… seems it only lists the last five headlines which is pretty pointless really.
seems some pelican monkeys have found my hidden shame. guess i’d better put some stuff online so’s you’ve got something to look at…
i’ll try and fix up the gallery and writing sections sometime this week, i’ll be making it so you guys can add stuff for me (and friends) to look at.

amazing what a little procrastination can do…
there i was, settling down to do some writing and *bang* before you know it i’ve registered www.kilbot.net (cos www.kilbot.com was taken - boooo) and have moved to a new better (paid) host.
now there are so many new toys to play with, most significantly i will install the gallery sometime soon.
ummm gotta do some writing for a while (ie: sit in the sun) so the page won’t advance much.
i’ve hit a brick wall with Spaceports and so things like the picture gallery can’t go up until i pay for some webhosting.
at the moment the only links that are active are ‘links’ and the ‘guestbot’.
i’ll continue to add bits and pieces as i get the chance, and if you wish to use the ’submit a link’ or ’sign guestbot’ pages i will keep any of your comments.
projected completion date? hmmm better give me another month :(
obviously the page will not be ready by the end of august … couldn’t find the time to work on it.
hopeully over the next few weeks i will have the basic structure in place so’s i can start moving in the content.
anyhoo, changed menu at top right to call a javascript (so i can start calling it all over the page) plus added that factory at top left.
added a search tool, will add another by the end of the day to see which is best.
hopefully will have the addlink stuff sorted by the end of today as well.
