My preferred preparation is fresh bread, lightly toasted, modest layer of dulce de leche and sliced banana... that, or a kilo of dulce de leche helado and a spoon.<br><br>Re: the writing. It's impossible to read a description of Buenos Aires without some mention of Europe, so I 'hilariously' dropped in a comparison to SF. That should be rewritten for the paperback edition. Well, Buenos Aires is becoming a popular destination for medical tourism; the peso is low and the quality of the health system is high. Qantas run direct from Melbourne and it's not too expensive in off-peak. With the Oz dollar on the up and up could be the best time in years, and you know accommodation will be free.
