This has been our lounge room media server for the last couple of years. It’s currently running Vista, but would do a lot better under XP. The existing motherboard, cpu and ram is dated by today’s standards; ideally you would wack in a super quiet mother board, connect it to a widescreen tv and have the media server from hell. The Lian Li case cost $400 alone and has room for 12 hard drives.

My favourite fuck-off speakers. Three years ago I spent $600 to get the bass speakers re-coned. Since then they have seen some good times … they’ve also seen off three amps. As a disclaimer, they are not 100% when pushed and would love a look at by a professional, but for the price you are going to pick these up they are well worth it.

Hmmm, what can I say about this bed… ummm, it’s great… not that I would know, because I always preferred to sleep in the closet standing up.
