That's some pretty fancy filmwork there - 2Fast & 2Furious shit, impressive - and I found myself with more questions than before:
a) where did costume source a *green* flannel? and
b) do you kill that guy in the suit at the urinal for looking at you coc-eyed? or was this merely the Prequel to The Pisscake Man?

A REVIEW –
I thoroughly enjoyed the music, but I was disappointed with some of the film content.
Guy Howlett's film was self-indulgent and boring, and it actually managed to ruin the music track supporting it. This was a huge let-down, since he had the resources to make something great, and he was allocated one of the best tracks on the cd to work with.
It was interesting to note how many of the films were dark and included scenes of suicide. The snow globe track was very good, and the film that Neil did himself was fantastic. I also really enjoyed the bathtub/woman film, up until the guy in the suit showed up, and the film with the dancer up until her patron dropped dead. The extra-short film with the woman driving the car was visually spectacular, and I was annoyed that the music wasn't longer!
So it was a mixed bag. Some of the films were top-notch and could easily have been on the Grass Roots circuit. Others were gratuitous and stifling. F:QS has produced some provocative and moving instrumental tracks. If only all the tracks were instrumental…
Overall, I give the night a horse rating of 7.5 ^_^

I agree with Hirsch. It was pretty good on the whole but a couple of the films were a bit odd in parts. I reckon the sepia-toned one and Neil's were the best, because they were both engaging and consistent. Like Hirsch, I thought the bathtub film was excellent until it suddenly changed tack towards the end.
I must admit I was a bit disturbed when the nude fellow opened the front door. It's not so bad on the film, but when you know there's a primary school across the road…

There was only one suicide.
Two people were murdered and that last guy drank himself to death, I think.
That green flanno was mine.

I liked your film Geeves. It was like, "a day in the life of the Torre family". Mads and I agreed that it was appropriate that neither of us were in the film, since you clearly had a heterosexist subplot going… Heheh…
Giovanni says:
Not quite, there were a number of non-Torres in the film. There was a Bell, a McKenna, a Howlett, an Araujo, a pair of Whissons and a pair of Rippers.
For a 33 second moofie that's a large number of people I am not related to…
And besides, she's a tourist anyway.
Guy Howlett says:
Yo Hirsch… Who the fuck are you?
