Gawain's Girl

Sorry for the late review, hopefully Giovanni's breakfast tales have kept you entertained while I have been busy… and you've had plenty of dancing cars and gay porn to look at, so you can't really complain.

Sunday screen printing was a triumph. Put on your 3D glasses and follow the pictorial history of tomorrow's t-shirts today…

That Gonzo shirt is dynamite!

I made breakfast for none other than Rob Corr of 'kick and scream' fame this morning.

We had a fried egg with tabasco sauce each, one third of a tin of baked beans, home made bread - toasted and with butter. We both had Lady grey tea. Unfortunately it was with powdered milk, but it still turned out ok.

Gonzo shirt is cool. Does it come in teal?
Oh, and check <a href="http://www.bird-diaper.com/">this shit</a> out.
My life is now complete.

The tea was awesome. And so was the toased home-made bread. Actually, the toast was the best part.

As pertinent and fascinating as the previous comments (and in fact news items for that matter) have been, let me be the first to say that this screen printing idea is solid gold. Killer, I think you may have identified that long sought after means of making money doing something you enjoy and embracing a creative freedom to boot. Those t-shirts look fantastic! And it's awesome to see people kickin' it at the back of Queens there yakin' it up and having general good times in a creative environment.

My traditionally eager anticipation of the Christmas season has been increased 10 fold at the prospect of a personalised t-shirt from the mind of the Kilbot Factory…presumptuous I know, but I get the urge to be a little cheeky when I feel the warm winds of spring blowing at my back and know that good times are just around the corner.

And here was my femminist-challenged brain thinking, "Hmmm, Curtis-T did a bangup job on her Special-K ankle-shirt…oh, a dude is wearing it…oh"

As official charter-member of the Westcoast Rollin-50s Kilbot Gangstaz, it behooves me to put in a special "Careful Scientist" print request, but with the official "W", "R-50s" and "Gz" artfully adorning said "Scientist" in a corporate-logo fashion…i'd draw it, but then I'd have to fax you a copy of my computer screen…

Oh, oh, or howsabout printin out this gem of an image - I pay cash yo!!

PS do they even stock KT-26ers over there?

6. Barney says:

Man I want copies of both of those! I've got money too…

7. Mrs D says:

Good work crafty team! I would like to add my congrats on your t-shirt expressions.

I'd award you all blueberry pie scratch and sniffs if I could, which I can't … its not a perfect world …

8. DJ KizzL says:

Fuck yeah, that's the shit. Bring it on, in an old school stylee. I haven't done a screen print since primary school, but I think that's all about to change.

Time left until arrival in The Melbournes: approx 15 hours.

Get ready, biatches.

Thanks for the wild turkey and the passenger pigeons, destined to be shit out through wholesome American guts.
Thanks for a continent to despoil and poison.
Thanks for Indians to provide a modicum of challenge and danger.
Thanks for vast herds of bison to kill and skin leaving the carcasses to rot.
Thanks for bounties on wolves and coyotes.
Thanks for the American dream,
To vulgarize and to falsify until the bare lies shine through.
Thanks for the KKK.
For nigger-killin' lawmen, feelin' their notches.
For decent church-goin' women, with their mean, pinched, bitter, evil faces.
Thanks for "Kill a Queer for Christ" stickers.
Thanks for laboratory AIDS.
Thanks for Prohibition and the war against drugs.
Thanks for a country where nobody's allowed to mind their own business.
Thanks for a nation of finks.
Yes, thanks for all the memories– all right let's see your arms!
You always were a headache and you always were a bore.
Thanks for the last and greatest betrayal of the last and greatest of human dreams.

Maybe you could put this on a t-shirt for the festive season…

To refer to a previous question - Melbourne is the HOME of KT-26s. There is a factory outlet in the street next to us where you can buy them at wholesale price instead of the ridiculously inflated $25 - $30 that one usually pays at Target etc.

I've also got a hot lead on sourcing the old KT Centurion - which usually came in a more silvery hue. I'll post a photo when I get some.
