Gilbert, beloved cat of Luisa (a resident of 436 Queens Pde), was put down today after being diagnosed with Feline AIDS. Some of you may remember Gilbert from the backyard photos taken before our Labour Day Long Weekend BBQ.

Gilbert, or Gilbot as he was known to his friends, lived a happy and cat-like life, bringing laughter to the lips of all those who were fortunate enough to be in his company. His favourite foods included Go-Cat, Friskies and Roast Goose (with Bone). His favourite colour may have been blue. He was a nice cat.
Gilbert is survived by Squirty the Cat, Luisa, Louisa, Amanda, Justin and Killer. He will be missed by all.

KL says:

KL says:

killer says:
ever since we started bagging the boys from Mayhem all sorts of weird shit is happening.. i think the page is cursed.
B-Diddy DubSac says:
Much sympathy for your loss Mr Bot,and much props to a cat that survived an interstateectomoy
- at the very least you can take solace in the fact that Gilbot went out how he lived… a Tru Playa!
(PS don't succumb to any freakish requests you receive from Mayhem concerning your cat!)
killer says:
thanks y'all for your sympathies… I should point out that this wasn't my cat, it was Luisa's cat (one of my flatmates), Melbourne born and raised… although it did recently go through a movinghousectemy.
I shall pass your sympathies onto Ma Gilbot.
B-Diddy DubSac says:
Wow! Just looked at that "BBQ" photo, and Kirsty stands out like a sore thumb! [Chandler Bing voice] Could she BE any more from Perth?
And Im hoping that Goose Pate didn't go to waste…send it to the Mayhem Boyz!
fancy dave says:
Wow! Just looked at that "BBQ" photo, and Kirsty's not in it! Could she BE any more off-camera?
Barney says:
You know what Dave, I've been looking at that picture since B-Diddy posted that and thinking maybe it was just me…
B-Diddy DubSac says:
My bad! Apols Kirst, I think it was the 4metre unbroken sausage that threw me…..
Nonetheless, a great gag once again spoiled by the fact that the premise was non-existent…Could that gag BE any more irrelevant?…
seriously….could it?
Movie film critic Roger Ebert says: "No, two thumbs down"
badger says:
Wow! I've just realised sarcasm CAN work in a text format by the addition of a few exclamation points! What the fuck is UP with that!?
